In most cases, yes. We clear the outlet from the gutter end and check the downpipe flows. If a blockage is deeper, for example in underground stormwater pipes or a soak well, we’ll let you know so you can arrange a plumber.
Most downpipe blockages come from debris washing out of the gutter. Cleaning both at once stops the downpipe re-blocking with the next rain.
